Will Schilleci

Competitive Team Coach, GK Coach, TopSoccer Director

Coach Will Schilleci brings over 20 years of playing experience to the VHSC coaching staff, specializing in goalkeeper training and youth development. As a former NAIA goalkeeper at Faulkner University, he combines his high-level playing experience with a passion for mentoring the next generation of players.

In addition to his role as a coach and goalkeeper coach, Will serves as the TopSoccer Director, where he focuses on creating inclusive opportunities for all players to enjoy the game. Beyond soccer, he has a diverse professional background, including experience as an EMT and as a groundskeeper at Liberty Park. He now runs his own successful landscaping business, Good Guys, demonstrating his dedication to hard work and community engagement.

Coach Will’s commitment to developing players on and off the field makes him a valuable part of the VHSC team.
